Now that Memorial Day weekend is here (and what happened to the weather???) I want to share the link to a piece I wrote in today’s edition of the Rockdale News. I had the honor of interviewing Brigadier General Maria Britt last week, and this article shares a bit of her story and her thoughts on Memorial Day. It was the most enjoyable interview I’ve ever done, and I love her optimism and appreciation for America.
