We gave the cats fresh catnip toys today. So they’re both acting insane. Donnie’s been religiously watching news coverage of the election, until a few minutes ago, when he decided it was giving him heartburn.
Anyway, Eli asked, “Who do the cats vote for, for THEIR president?”
I laughed and said that all cats believe that THEY are the president.
Zach and Eli started jabbering and decided that for the cats, the choice is between “Cat McCain” and “Meowbama”.
Have I ever mentioned how thankful I am that my kids inherited the funny gene? My goodness, they make me laugh!
