This is what you do when you’re at home, bored and sick on a Friday night, and your men have taken over the television with their high-testosterone shows. My friend Angela shared this idea with me on Facebook, and it was so funny, I just had to copy it here. You should try it…what a hoot!
Here are the instructions:
a. Go to Google
b. Type your name and the words “likes to” all in quotation marks. (e.g. “Stephen likes to”)
c. Report back on the first ten things that come up for your name.

(Remember this is not ME saying these things, but Google saying it. MY commentary is in the brackets beneath each one)
1. Kari likes to start his mornings with a brisk swim, go to power walking in the afternoons and ski whenever there is enough snow on the ground
[If you know me at all, you know how VERY true this is. And that I’m a “he”. There. The secret’s out.]
2. Kari likes to be known as ‘Bernard’ – I dont know why.
[This one made me laugh so hard, I nearly peed my pants! Just call me “Bernie”]
3. Kari likes to see it as Zen.
[Ohmmmmmmmmmmmm….]
4. Kari likes to argue Hegel over a quiet glass of sherry, approaches his cartooning by thinking up ideas, then waiting for news situations that fit them.
[Doesn’t everyone?]
5. Kari likes to move it.
[I like to move it, move it! We like to move it, move it! HA! We just finished watching Madagascar 2!]
6. Kari likes to spend her free time gardening, home renovating and spending time with her two sons and husband.
[Now this one was strangely true. And not lifted from my blog!]
7. Kari likes to dance. And jump, more specifically, jump with his human, or on his human if I don’t move out of the way fast enough.
[There’s that “he/him/his” thing again. And I haven’t jumped since I was 12.]
8. Kari likes to play.
[Yeah baby. Who doesn’t?]
9. Kari likes to have fun. She can be found in the middle of most scrums and hullabaloos with her bosom buddy Hs’whea, both egging all sides on.
[Have you met my bosom buddy, Hs’whea? Or her twin, Hs’what?]
10. Kari likes to watch love stories, musicals and comedies. … Kari likes to sleep in during the morning.
[Another one that could’ve been lifted from this blog, if I only I didn’t despise musicals.]
